Ok, so I have only used it 2 days, but I really can see the difference in my hair. I think it is making my hair softer and less frizzy, just like they said it would. Imagine that, shampoo and conditioner actually doing what they are susposed to. Best part, you can go to dove.com and get a free sample of some of the other types of shampoo. I love free stuff.
