Today's weight

Last week I was 205 and this week I am 205. Not bad considering:

No working out
No drinking water
Smores on the camp-out
Twizzlers on the camp-put
3 (at least) handfulls of chocolate chips last night
Fried pickles and fried corn fritters (PS, I bought Brian a fryer for his birthday and the man is in heaven. I did tell him that this can not be an everyday thing. He has made fries and other stuff that I haven't eaten, so that's a good thing)

No wonder I'm a fat ass!

Don't talk like that silly...you are not! You are still on the right track. BTW, I have been doing some of the "on demand" stuff since it has been raining and my workout buddy has been traveling. There are some pretty good workouts on there. Keep it up kater and stay on track. I know you can do this! xoxo ;o)

Don't beat yourself up! It is a lifestyle change not a snap-your-fingers-change. You are doing great! Don't worry about the Twizzlers--fat free! Hee Hee
